Location is good , very practical, very near the souk, the railway station and the CTM bus station. The room could have been good but very dirty.

Staff was excellent they first give us a room which was smell of smoke then I asked the reception to change it she accepted and give me another room which was nice no smoke at all just needed to cleans the curtains and bed side table and floor

The staff are amazing. The breakfast was generous. Not the newest building but definitely worth the value.

First of all, the staff: Starting with the reception, day shift receptionists Maroua & Soumia, night shift Badr, restaurant manager Said & his assistant Abderozok, bellboys, room service & house keeping staff were all exceptionally helpful, courteous & accommodating, always with a smile on their face - a typical example of professional hospitality.
