Great place! - friendly host (good communication) - great apartment (modern/clean/size/balcony) - comfortable bed - spacious shower, good water pressure - strong WiFi, 2 smart tv's with Netflix - basic items like tea, coffee, biscuits etc available - small convenience store next door

Apartment is in a secure location, gated community, close to tram and major road. Karim, who owns and rents the apartment is a gentleman. He is very approachable and helpful, guided about the city and even picked and dropped us from train station. He also helped me get a local sim. I had a chance of having discussion with him regarding his management of the apartment and it was nice to know that he takes it seriously and make sure guests stay comfortably. He also mentioned that apart from regular cleaning after every check out, he also gets deep cleaning of the property done once or twice a month. That speaks of his dedication and seriousness in running the property smoothly on rental basis. He also put some water bottles, sweets and biscuits as welcome bits. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
