Incredibly welcoming host who offered us dinner when we arrived in the evening. Nice walks through the forest nearby. Ideal location as a stop off when crossing the mountain.

fantastic place with amazing garden to hike around discovering plants and animals. Owner and staff very kind, given lots of information. nice fire in the evening.

A charming wooden house surrounded by the quietness of nature and beautiful walking trails. Make sure to bring a sweater as this region up in the mountains is the coldest of Costa Rica (7°C at night in December).
