Location is the best. A bit out of the madness and still very central. The apartment has a lot of small amenities (salt, oil, cutting boards, knives) and we were able to cook breakfast. The WiFi and air-conditioning were awesome. We did not use the pool. We had some issues with noise from other apartments and the personnel took care of it, so good response time and communication.

We stayed at the apartment for 10 days. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures on the website. It’s a beautiful modern apartment situated about 15min walk from the popular neighborhood of Getsemani. We experienced very quiet nights but also not so quiet ones. It depends on the guests visiting. Since the apartments are built in a U-shape and are very close to the apartments on the opposite side everything resounds. If you are looking for privacy, it’s probably not what you want. There is no privacy at all if you open the blinds. The apartment is on the ground floor. The walkway and swimming pool are right outside the apartment. The bed is very comfortable, and the A/C works very well. There were some minor issues with the kitchen. The exhaust fan and hot water didn’t work. We brought it to the attention of the management company. They promised to take care of it. We had difficulties finding the apartment as the directions were not very good. If you ask the taxi driver for “Casa del Virrey Eslava”, he will find it. Just go through the wooden doors and check in at the reception.
