The property is really cozy, confortable, in the middle of Cartagena, near everything. They have 2 swimming pool, plants everywhere, very nice. The room was big, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom. And the staff is the highest point of the hotel. They are all so nice, always ready to help without effort or being in our toes. We fell at home! We’ll go back for sure

The location in the old town is perfectly close to museums, Getsemani, nice restaurants and bars and the port for island day trips. Shoppers have to bring a little more money to Cartagena but there are some really nice boutiques if you want to spend the money. Everything can be done by foot within a 15min walk. The area is also super safe so of course one has to be reasonable and careful, but we never felt unsafe. The hotel is quiet and super classy. Breakfast was the best we had in any Colombian hotel as well. It has fresh fruit and juices. Choice of eggs and bread with jams. Usually they offer some kind of local dish as a special each day as well so it was nice to try different things :) The rooms were super clean, with air conditioning of course and the entire hotel complex has a nice smell to it. Lots of people and bars/ restaurants didn’t have water during our stay (fellow travellers in other hotels as well) but our hotel always had water and we would not have even known about the issue. The pools are also super nice. Generally the photos are super accurate and we were even more positively surprised when arriving. Highly recommend!!!
