Lovely, great value hotel with really friendly staff, nice breakfast and wonderful terrace. Perfect location, in the middle of everything but on a quieter street.

Great stay overall. The location is excellent—close to everything. Staff were very friendly and quick to respond. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly upgraded, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing! They’re very cheerful and helpful. They helped us with booking things for the islands, offered us leave our luggages with them on the day we had the flight back (even though we weren’t staying with them the day before). We really felt like home with them and it left us a very nice taste of whole Cartagena! The Cappuccino was really good!
