Departure Time Isla del Encanto - Cartagena: 14:00 - 14:30. The boat or bus ride take approximately 1 hour.Please note that children up to 1 year old and with a crib, stay free of charge.Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with a valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met. The name on the credit card must match the name used for reservation.Please note rates are full board (Subject to the Hotel menu. First day: Dinner – Last day: Breakfast and Lunch – The days between the first and the last include the three meals) -A non-alcoholic drink to accompany each mealPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The boat trip to and from the hotel were well organised. The cabins are nice and clean. However, we had a downstairs level and heard the upstairs neighbours really well when they walked the stairs/in their cabin. It’s nice that you can take kayaks/stand-up peddle boards.

We had an amazing time here for a romantic night away. The views are incredible, the pool was nice and the food was pretty good too.

Amazing Staff. They really make sure that you feel good and have a great time at the hotel. Big thank you to Eduardo which takes of everything and to Samuel and Christopher which served us at breakfast, lunch and dinner!
