Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is perfect and price is very low. I read many bad reviews of people thinking they were going in a 5 start hotelZ for 3.50€ in a good area and for few days is more than acceptable

I will start off by saying that I would definitely stay again, the location and staff can not be faulted. But as this is a review for other travellers i will be honest. You get what you pay for, this budget hotel is exactly that, budget. If you're like me, and all you need is a bed, private bathroom and AC then this has all the amenities you need. Staff were always friendly, and prior to our check in were in good contact with us, especially when we couldnt find the building. Area felt safe and we never had any issues walking around at night as the streets outside are filled with people, bars and restaurants. The room had AC and a ceiling fan, which was amazing as Cartagena is super hot and humid. There was also a tv in the room.
