A quite friendly place to stay whilst in Cartagena. It’s in a local area, so it can be noisey during the day (especially on a Sunday) but it quietens down late evening. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. The Pool is amazing. This accomodation is about 20mins from the touristic area, but none of those at this price point have a pool anything like here. The kitchen is bare, but it still has pretty much everything to cook basic meals of pasta etc. Rooms a little dated but it’s at least clean. Beds comfy and we slept well. Would recommend

Casa Torices Real 12 is not just a hotel; it's a unique experience. From the moment you arrive, you feel the warmth of the place, the dedication in every detail, and the love with which each guest is cared for. I have stayed in several hotels, but this one deserves all the accolades for cleanliness: every day, they thoroughly clean, change the sheets and towels, leaving everything spotless and with a fresh aroma that makes you feel at home. The pool is a gem, large and bathed in sunlight all day, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. But what truly makes this place special is its location in Torices, an authentic neighborhood where you feel the real Cartagena. Here, you experience the city like a local, with the historic center just 10 minutes away by car (for just $3) or a kilometer if you prefer to walk and enjoy the journey. And if you crave the sea, Marbella beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Casa Torices Real 12 is that place you always want to return to, where they welcome you with affection and make you feel part of something special. A beautiful corner of Cartagena that I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for making my stay an unforgettable memory!"

A good place, like a little enclosure in the middle of a big city. Friendly and helpful staff. Good outdoor spaces with kitchen and a pool. Secure car parking. Recommend
