We stayed at Casa Lorenza for two nights and were very happy with our stay. Everything was great – the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to John who gave us many great tips and recommendations about what to see and do in Cartagena, which really enhanced our experience. The location of the hotel is also excellent which made it easy to explore. We highly recommend Casa Lorenza to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in Cartagena!

Excellent staff...John, Beatrice, Hector, Rafael, Nellie and Sandy made our stay so much fun and made the location perfect. Any shortcomings of the facilities were easily compensated for by these lovely people! The location provides easy walking to everywhere. Close to groceries, a great mall (that used to be a bull-fighting arena) and a good laundry.

Friendly staff (John was great), the place was clean and the breakfast was good. Great location to walk around. A/C worked perfectly, very quiet. The room also has a ceiling fan. They have a drinking water station available downstairs, which is a nice touch.
