My stay was perfect. The lady named Alexandra at the reception was the kindest and the most attentive person i have met in whole Colombia personally. Was traveling solo, I do not speak spanish and I managed to interact with google translate although she was the kindest. The room was all i could ask for.

Brilliant location in Cartagena to explore the city, comfortable and clean rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Sol!), and breakfast was fab.
