Staff on reception always there to help and let you in - helped me feel safe on my own in Cartagena. Breakfast included in the price and very tasty, helped set me up for the day. Pool was nice for a quick dip. Location is good as it is only a short walk to the centre and therefore away from noise that would keep you up. Rooms has A/C which is invaluable in Cartagena. Laundry service very affordable and very well priced.

Extremely well located and very authentic style, great breakfast and service and really lovely staff. The room is also really spacious, we felt really safe as there is 24 hour reception and they keep the front door locked, so you feel really secure in the property and with your belongings too.
