The room was very clean and comfortable. It was 3 of us in a 2 queen ocean front room. The beds slept really nice, no hurt backs or stiff joints. The Starbucks in the lobby was a plus!! The staff was very nice and helpful! The only thing I have to say was a con was that the inside pool was down for maintenance. At which I wasnt told about until the day before we left to travel to the Hotel. But it was fine, my son still swam in the outside pool. ( I know he was freezing lol!!) We will be visiting again the next trip to Carolina Breach!!

We have had some horrible customer service experiences at other hotels (different brand) in the past 2 years. This property at Carolina Beach went above and beyond to provide us not only with comfort and cleanliness, but professional curtesy that extended from General Manager, front desk, and housekeeping. The view was outstanding across the ocean. We have always searched out a Marriott property when we travel. Unfortunately, they are not always available.

The location of the Hotel was nice. The oceanfront balcony is enjoyable.
