Accomodation was clean and very comfortable. The bed was a dream.Staff were absolutely great, nothing a bother. Food was delicious and plentiful. Situation was ideal for the Lakes and surrounding towns Owners were also really pleasant and great to talk to.

Lovely clean room and fantastic location for visiting the local areas of the lakes and Lancaster. The bar area was large and had a modern twist the staff was amazing,friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced as well as the drinks too. Oh the beds are massive queens size beds and so comfortable slept so well and even though it was hot they had prepared the room prior to our arrival and made it cool.

Location from the motorway was excellent and allowed us to not lose time on a quick stop over. The pizza we had for dinner was excellent and the breakfast was good too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to anything we asked and went over and above to make sure we were comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Bar service was good. Room a generous size and well equipped.
