Its self catering but the restaurant serves breakfast (we didn't try it but looks good and tea in the evening was fab) The cabin had everything you need and more-It was so comfortable and cosey.

Amazing place to stay very clean and spacious, the host Jan went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. We highly recommend this place it has everything, we can't wait to go again.

Clean, tidy, had everything we needed for a family of four with 2 teenagers and a dog. Even prosecco and some treats on arrival. An Aldi just up the road so I popped out to get milk and a few bits. Jan kept in touch and answered all our questions, and responded immediately when I had a few things I had to ask. Right near to a lake - not particularly a swimming lake but kids can have a splash and play on a little sandy beach. Take paddle boards or kayaks though if you can - great fun! Restaurant on site for lovely food and/or drinks right by the lake, and we even had live music one night which my daughter loved! We entertained my in laws one evening (this is why we had been staying here, to visit them) and had a lovely al fresco dinner in the big deck. Plenty of space to walk the dog. All in all, a lovely lodge, a lovely site and fantastic location! Thank you Jan - we’ll be back if you’ll have us!
