Great cottage combining traditional features with modern comfort. Ute was welcoming and helpful. Location is handy for the Dales and not too far from Kendal, Morecambe and Lancaster

Really clean, well equipped cottage. Host was very helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful spot surrounded by incredible scenery and lovely villages - so much to do. Would come back without hesitation.

The cottage has a cute comfy, homely feel. It has everything you need for a great stay in the dales, inc access to store wet boots and coats. Maps, extra blankets and beautiful views. If you are the type of person who love cute villages, walking, cosy nights in listening to the rain or sitting in sunshine on a patio or garden with beautiful views then this is the place. Ute was so welcoming and even left some gorgeous strawberry jam, she gave us tips for a walk nearby and was really helpful. We stayed when we had both sunshine and then torrential rain and cold outside but we found that as long as you lit the fire, set up the heaters we were super warm. Thank you for a lovely stay
