Kitchen was well appointed. Sitting room was fine although sofa a little austere. Bedrooms were comfortable and the overall house was ideal for a short break. Location was ideal for us as a base to visit some sites; but a little far away if you're looking for a sea view or 2 minute jaunt to the coast. On the plus side it was right next to a bunch of restaurants and within 3 minutes drive to a supermarket and source of fish and chips. House was nicely warm and no shortage of hot water. The house manager was very swift to respond and very helpful.

Ideal location for visiting the Eden Project and the Lost gardens of Heligan, as well as Mevagissey and Charlestown. Loved the decor -gave a very 'coastal' feel. Warm and cosy with everything we needed.

It was convenient to be able to walk to a dog friendly beach. A pleasant house and garden. Plenty of essentials supplied. The location was convenient.

The property was very clean modern and fully equipped. Great location for beaches and food places and Charles town was great.
