Felt like home and the Deck was really great. The little Gas oven also helped a lot to feel comfortable as it cooled down in the evening in March.

Good location (2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from Carlsbad Village with restaurants and shops). Large room with an outdoor seating area (Santa Barbara). Parking on site is included in the room rate. Coffee, tea and light snacks available in the lobby for most of the day. Quiet location although some people do complain about the occasional train whistle from the Coaster as the train tracks are a block or two away. The noise from the train didn't bother us. The room rate was appropriate for what we got...good value.

Lovely property in a great location with easy access to the beaches and downtown Carlsbad. Quiet area. Room was comfortable.
