It was an easy transaction, they has assigned us the wrong room at first but quickly fixed the issue. The had wagons and beach items for us to borrow and let us know of the access we had to the yard and laundry.

We were staying in unit 5 for twelve days with two adults and one child. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped. Fully equipped kitchen included Toaster, Coffee Maker AND French Press, Big Fridge, Microwave etc. Bathroom had basic shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper and hair dryer. Big TV in the living room, two smaller but still big flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms. One wireless phone charger, free WiFi, two split-type ACs and a gas heater which we did not use. The laundry room is equipped with washing machines and dryer. There are card and board games inside the cabinet in the living room. The beautiful beach is straight across a somewhat busier street with pedestrian crossings. Beach equipment is offered for free, there is an outside shower at the property as well (for keeping the sand out of the apartment). Parking Space for our SUV was adequate. You really do not hear much noise coming from the street, some noise from people out of the next hotel and diner.

Perfect place to rest after travelling in US. Great location at beautiful beach, nice city of Carlsbad in walking distance. Nearest place to eat and drink just around the corner. In the apartment we found everything we might need, great separate bedrooms and cozy patio.
