It was in an excellent position for exploring Carlsbad on foot. We were a family of 6, grandparents, son and daughter in law and two grandchildren aged 4 & 7. The kids loved it, they used the pool everyday, went to the beach most days and even used the putting green. We ate in one evening and we had everything we needed for steak on the BBQ plus salads and jacket potatoes. After being in a hotel for a week it was lovely to self cater. We ate out but lots of good restaurants we walked to. The staff were extremely welcoming. If you are a family this is a great beach side Resort.

The grounds are exceptional Feels like you could be in Hawaii. Lots of flora and fauna, seating, shady areas, firepits, bbqs, decent pool and jacuzzi Very relaxing vibe
