I’d like to share some feedback regarding my experience at the Grand Pacific Palisades. I found the check-in time (5:00 PM) and check-out time (10:00 AM) quite restrictive, especially for a one-night stay. The lack of flexibility in these hours significantly impacts the guest experience, as it greatly reduces the time available to enjoy the hotel's facilities, which are being fully paid for. Considering this timeframe, the stay amounts to only 17 hours, which is about 70% of a full day. This really affected the overall value perception of the stay. I believe this is valuable feedback for the hotel/resort to consider adjusting or offering more flexibility with these times. I would appreciate a response regarding this feedback. Thank you!

Loved everything, so close to Legoland which was a huge plus for us! Gorgeous place to stay in and the rooms sooo spacious!! Wish we stayed longer.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Had great facilities available and very friendly staff. Particularly liked the welcome drink and food. Beautiful pool area. Loved the fire pits being lit of an evening
