The fine print
Maximum 2 children per room are allowed based on two adults sharing.
When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. Should the card decline, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretionGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Accessibility is perfect with small babies. The staff in bar are always amazing and so accommodating and always look after me with my son. Food great and so good with requests.

The reception staff, particularly the girl on duty when we arrived 2pm 6th November, was so good. I had spoken to her over the phone the previous day and she was so helpful and friendly

The breakfast was very good with a large range of food and options. The location is on the edge of Carlow and a good walk into the centre of the town
