Hosts were lovely people. A warm welcome provided. The room and bathroom were spacious. 10 mins drive from Carlow Town.

Fabulous garden, unbelievable hospitality from host and owner Anne. I overslept in my cozy room and unfortunately missed breakfast and while no meals except breakfast are offered, to my surprise Anne made me a lovely pot of tea and a chicken sandwich at no extra cost at around 4pm, well after the kitchen had closed. I highly recommend and will definitely return. Thanks again Anne! x

Host and hostess very nice It was very quiet and the room was comfortable, we stayed on a very warm night but there was a fan provided and quiet outside even though the property was closed to a road Breakfast was good

Comfy bed, Good room size, Breakfast was tasty and Host Ann was very friendly and went out of her way to make our stay memorable, would highly recommend
