Staff are amazing, lovely people. Had a nice green view from window and hotel is high above the bustle of the road and town so very peaceful. Very relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Breakfast was good

Hotel is perfectly fine for a one night stay. We are in the process of moving to Carlisle and have liked the convenience of a cheap hotel.

Staff were lovely. Room was a bit dated but very clean, matching the whole establishment really. Price was cheaper than the place deserved. Would DEFINITELY use again and recommend without hesitation.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. Quick service despite only one staff member working the bar and reception. He was lovely and didn't seem flustered at all despite everyone needing him at the same time. 😆
