Gorgeous breakfast ! Homely and great staff interactions / communication both in person and prior to arrival .Also a great location for the races only a few minutes drive away !

The informality of the place, like an old style B&B - not the modern 'same wherever you go' Premier Inn style at all. Good location once you worked out the diversion route given by hosts - completely wrong on google!! Good vfm. The well inside the house was indeed a real well too:))
