Excellent location, modern rooms and building, good facilities and fairly easy to access. The included breakfast in the nearby pasticceria was an added bonus. There were some technical issues during my stay, as the keypad to enter the building doesn't work very well during periods of heavy rain, although I must add the staff sorted everything out quickly and have offered a partial refund for my troubles. Also there is no physical key but instead a code, which may be unsettling for some. There is also no member of staff on-site. The bed was also quite hard, but still comfortable. Given the cost and location, as well as the quality compared to other hotels and BnBs in Cariati, I would 100% stay here again, and I would strongly recommend this place if travelling by coach or train, as the station is less than 5 minutes away.
