Absolutely spotless. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was great to walk into city or to the Bay. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Very good communication throughout. Lovely sizeable property. Everything you could want in the place. Very good pub with great food nearby. Great cafe for breakfast also very close and city centre a short walk away.
