Lovely comfortable room and bathroom, but the water level balcony was exceptional. I spent all spare time sitting outside talking to the moorhens and swans and listening to the water. Just perfect.

Location is amazing. Place was clean, very well equipped and nicely quirky. One of the best cafés in Penarth a short walk away for an excellent breakfast.
