The NCP on Greyfriars Road is located directly opposite Park Plaza Cardiff. Guests of the hotel can receive a 25% discount if their parking ticket is validated at the hotel reception. This does not include tickets pre-bought on the NCP website.
Guests may wish to use alternative car parks which are lower in price, however they are located at a further distance.Please note the card used for the booking needs to be presented on arrival.We no longer accept cash payments for rooms. Each guest on check in will have to pay by credit or debit card for their room rate and if they wish to leave a deposit for extras this must also be by card.Please note that the property will contact the guest 72 hours prior to arrival to confirm booking.When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very big room, clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the room as well. Breakfast was very good.

Their environmental policy was great - there is an incentive to not having housekeeping (you still get toulet rolls and tea/coffee replacements) - you get to have a bottle of wine instead! We also had a lovely welcome hamper in our room
