Staff were extremely friendly and allowed us an early check-in. Breakfast was excellent and cheaper to book at the hotel than online.

Great location for anyone wanting to explore Cardiff for either business or leisure, with comfortable and clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Nice selection at breakfast too.

Great central location, perfect for the show at the Principality Stadium and also close to the town centre with lots of shops around. The room was also spacious and clean with all the necessities you’d need! The staff were super friendly and so helpful, even going out their way to get some soya milk for us after our concert at 10pm! Really great experience and would 100% stay again. The parking was also really convenient.
