Location is good. Communication and instructions from owners was good. Exceptionally clean and tidy and modern decor. Our room was at the back and was lovely and quiet. Nice dining room and good breakfast selection. The fridge being open for guest use is very good. Also a microwave oven if we wanted to heat something up in the evening.

I stayed for 10 days at this place. It was very comfortable and homely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious enough for 2 people. Towels and sheets were clean. For the price, breakfast is great!

The location was a 10 minute walk from Carduff centre .it was great to be so close to everything but also great to come back to a spot less busy and safe The breakfast was great value and the room set up for breakfast was great. Our room was clean and characterful.with a really comfy bed
