The team were lovely, always greeted us. Large, quiet room. Lovely bathroom. The pool area was comfortable and very clean. Location great for central Cardiff.

The pool and spa facilities were really good. Parking was convenient. Live music on Thursday evening was a bonus.

I liked the fact we had access to the pool, jacuzzi, and and sauna/ steam room. The reception team were lovely, I didn't have a remote for my tv initially, but the receptionist Vitus found one for me. Furthermore, the bed was exceptionally comfy and the room was spacious with great rooms. The restaurant staff member was also very welcoming, and the fact we had to scan everything to access it, showed that the level of safety is great, and I had a safe in my room.

The team are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. On the day I arrived I asked if I could check in early as I was there to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and his plans had changed and he'd finished earlier than expected. The team also put a happy birthday plate in our room with chocolate brownies on.
