Bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to a separate group contract, which will be sent directly by the hotel. This is our closet carpark where guests can park for £28 per 24 hours. Leonardo Hotel Cardiff can validate guest parking tickets for this car park giving a 10% discount on this charge. Discount is also offered for pre-booked spaces via the NCP Website, Capital Shopping Car Park – North Edwards Street, CF10 2HH This is a shopping centre car park 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. The car park is closed between midnight and 6am. Guests can park for £18 per 24 hours. Discount is offered for pre-booked spaces via www.citycentre.apcoa.co.uk reducing it to £8 per 24 hours.Please note limited availability private parking is available on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP £25 per day.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Booked a junior suite for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. The room was large, with a super king bed and a double sofa bed, lovely big bathroom, coffee machine, fridge with complimentary water, Coca Cola and chocolate bars. The staff were very helpful, offering to make up the sofa bed and bringing extra towels. Great restaurants nearby. We had lovely meals at Base Camp, Longa and Tom Simmons (Pontcanna).

The hotel is in a great location the the city centre but away from the noisier nightlife. The hotel was clean, today and the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Joanna on the desk was wonderful. Lovely clean room and fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks was a bonus! I have already booked my next trip for myself and my little girl. Thank you everyone 😍

Excellent welcome by Joanna in reception, very welcoming and efficient. Given a room up grade. Room spotless, beds comfy but (as with previous reviews) the pillows were not so. Restaurant staff mid afternoon were not as welcoming or intuitive as reception, so just went out for food after not being attended to. Cleaning staff very polite and very hard working, they need a mention too as it’s an important job & they were good at it! I would definitely return.

At times the toilet did not flush properly when used. The water was not hot enough to have a bath. Other than the issues raised, we would come back.

The location was great; especially for the New Theatre. We found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Easy checkout online.
