The service was amazing. Michelle was so friendly and helpful. She even let me do a load of laundry and cooked my eggs and chips for dinner! She had a great breakfast, and even offered to do takeaway. She was lovely, amazing at hosting, and I'd definitely book again if I'm in Cardiff!

I felt at home. I had absolutely everything I needed including a good night's sleep. Michelle was straightaway likeable and made me feel nurtured...which a lone traveller sometimes needs.
