Location was great, room was very spacious, having the pool and sauna were a plus. Staff on reception very nice.

The staff were extremely lovely and caring, especially the young girl at the reception (I'm not sure if her name is Rusne). Also staff at breakfast were so kind and caring. My husband looked forward to seeing and chatting with the lovely Bhsamn every morning. Also, Claudia and Charlie were excellent 👌.

We got the superior deluxe room and it was big, clean and the pillows and bed was very comfortable. We were on 6th floor, not the nicest view but the room and toilet made up for it. Location was ideal right in the centre of everything! The castle was just a stones throw away and a car park just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel also has a discount code for the car park which is nice. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay in Cardiff central as pretty much everything from the hotel is walking distance. Staff during the breakfast were very friendly, and the breakfast was nice. We won guest of the day so got the breakfast for both our mornings free and we had a nice bottle of champagne upon arrival as It was me and my partners anniversary!
