Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23.00. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to arrival.Customers are advised that there is a slope on the car park, assistance with luggage will be provided to guests upon request.Bed and breakfast rates include a continental buffet breakfast. Upgrading to a cooked breakfast is available at the hotel for an extra GBP 2.75 per person.For Special Conditions bookings, the payment will be taken on the morning of arrival from the card provided at the time of booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very basic but absolutely met my needs. A bed for the night, easy access to the city by taxi. Room was clean / tidy and it had a decent shower / bath.

The bed in room 111 was so comfy; lovely mattress, pillows and duvet. The room was clean, the staff were lovely and the facilities were great for the money. The reception area had a brilliant selection of tea and coffee and had a coffee machine too. The person that was on reception on the evening of 19/07/25 was so lovely. We got back from a concert between midnight and 1am and needed cutlery and tea for our room. He couldn’t have been more upbeat, helpful and polite. I can’t remember his name but he made our stay even better than expected. All of the reception staff were great and very helpful.
