Honestly, the beds were comfy, the other guests were lovely. Toilets were clean, showers were fine. You can’t really hear the bar music downstairs (but maybe thats because i am a deep sleeper)

I've been coming to Cardiff for a while now and I'm pleased to see that this place has improved considerably lately. Besides the central location, which is ideal and the easy access to it- the staff is very helpful, friendly and involved ,always ready to help at any hour of the day or night, available and attentive to the needs of the guests. The living area is wonderful, a place where you can relax on a sofa watching TV or work on your laptop. A small kitchen is at hand with a fridge, microwave, water,tea and coffee. The Christmas tree makes you feel at home too, I warmly recommend this place.

Really central location easy to get in and out and lovely large common room. The four bed bunk room was not fully occupied so it was really quiet. You'd be hard pressed to find better value accommodation in central Cardiff at any time of year.

great location in city centre so everything nearby , room was quite cozy with only four bunk room i stayed in.
