The fine print
Please note that Austins is entirely self-service. The property uses a pin code entry system. On the day of check-in, the guest will receive an email and text message with details of the room assignment and pin code. The pin code will allow entry at the front door and the allocated room.Unfortunately there is no parking on-site, however Sofia Gardens car park is a short walk away from the property and guests can park there.Please note that for all bookings of 3 or more rooms and for all bookings over 3 months in advance, the property reserves the right to charge a deposit equal to the cost of the first night. Any charges will not be made without the prior permission of the guest. An e-mail will be sent requesting permission to charge the deposit.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I love the faceless service, I haven't had such an experience in my entire life, figuring out what I have to do, for me was topnotch, I didn't expect anything like sure, I think it's a good experience and brilliant concept, I will love to experience again and again.

location: very good clean: good room: good bed is not comfortable. I would like to suggest some improvements for guest comfort. During my stay, essential amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, soap, and shampoo were not provided. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if these basic items were included in the room. Providing these necessities would make stays more comfortable and meet standard expectations for hotel services. Thank you for considering this feedback.
