Great, professional communication beforehand with clear instructions. The heating had been turned on so the apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived. Breakfast was not advertised but there was tea, coffee and biscuits left out for us and water in the fridge.

The house was very lovely, cute and cozy! Felt like home! Property was clean and everything worked perfectly! There were two floors, bedroom and bathroom upstairs and kitchen and living room downstairs. We really liked it! Thank you!
