Great location, near the beach and train station, both 10 minutes walking distance. Clean and spacious apartment, with all the amenities, two bathrooms, two balconies, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. As we went there in january, it was cold and we had to heat it with ACs, but it was enough, since every room has its own. It is in a peaceful residental area, so you have apsolutely no hustle or any sounds from the streets, sleeping was a bliss. Not much action in Carcavelos btw, but you can just hop on a train, you can choose a station in Carcavelos or nearby Oeiras and be in Lisbon in 20 minutes. Also, check-in was fast and pleasant, so cuddos to the hosts! We even had a welcome gift, a few of pastel de nata, local pastries.

pleasantly airy and spacious apartment, with almost all you might need, relatively quiet, friendly neighbour from the ground-floor apartment, great proximity to all we needed (smaller Pingo Doce at NOVA SBE just a few steps from the house, larger Shopping centre in Alto da Barra cca 700m away (bookshop, newsstand, pharmacy..etc.), and of course the beaches..very well equipped kitchen with a little exception - the mugs and bowls were definitely not matching the number of tenants - just 2pieces of each...dtto cutleru..BUT all was doable..very friendly Leandro who met us at the check-in and was ready to help throughout our stay (we didn´t need anything), a two-week stay includes cleaning service (we didn´t use - so I consider that a useless extra cost, but again, some other guests might appreciate this, I´d prefer this as an extra optional service)...

Great location for Lisbon beaches and easy to get into the city. Secure parking was an additional cost, as mentioned in the original post, but was value for money.

The location of the apartment is very good. Also, the size and the facilities. The apartment is nicely decorated.
