The location is great (10 minute walk to main square and 15 minute walk to cite). There is free on-street parking outside the property (although this cannot be guaranteed) and Elaine and her team are the most fantastic hosts. The pool was wonderful and the breakfast varied and plentiful.

🌟 5 stars – A magical stay in Carcassonne 🌟 I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, elegant, and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the medieval city walls, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and intimate. The staff were very kind, professional, and always helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little details — from the quality of the linens to the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely setting. I also really enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool — it added to the charm and made the whole stay feel even more special. Thank you for a perfect stay. ✨
