Great location, next to the Caraíva River and a few steps to the beach. Also very close to restaurants, bars, gift shops. There's a mini-market right next to the hotel. Breakfast is perfect, delicious - a good variety of foods is available (tapiocas, breads, scrambled eggs, omelets, fresh juices, etc). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very spacious, so is the bathroom.
