We initially booked a standard sea-view room for two nights. It was wonderful and cozy, featuring a private entrance and a picturesque view. It was located on the ground floor. In the morning, we experienced some electrical issues due to the high power consumption of the water heater. The circuit breaker kept tripping, so the management offered us a room change. We gladly accepted, and to our absolute surprise, they upgraded us to the best and most expensive room in the hotel! It was on the third floor with a terrace overlooking the entire city and the sea. Simply incredible. The room itself was bright and modern, and our little daughter loved it too! Huge thanks for such amazing customer service. I also want to mention the breakfast—it was delicious with a great variety. The entire staff are incredibly kind and pleasant people. Thank you!
