Phenomenal view of Lago di Bolsena! The dinner was incredible with all of the food, ingredients and wine coming from the estate. There isn't a menu and you eat what they have made that day which is very cool. There is secure parking behind a gate and I was welcomed with a fresh coffee. The rooms are fantastic and the water which comes from the local spring is beautiful. I also bought 5l of olive oil which is superb! You must stay here if you are in the area as it is a short drive away from the lake and Capodimonte. I received fantastic hospitality and would love to visit again. Despite the language barrier (I don't speak Italian) I felt immediately welcomed and it was brilliant to stay in such a vast farm which predominantly makes olive oil.
