The location, the welcoming staff, the food, the room was very comfortable, the great views and how close it is to Assisi .

The location is nice and silent. Easy to reach nice medieval villages such as Assisi, Foligna. They have a rustic ranch environment. Price for stay was ok. The people in the kitchen were nice and friendly, they also provided room tidying and towel change everyday. The bed was comfortable. The pool is nice.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The home had all the amenities we could ask for, which made our stay very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, which really added to the positive experience. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

I would 100% recommend this hotel. It is in a beautiful area with a nice pool. We had dinner there both nights and the food was excellent. Everyone working there was super friendly too
