Beautiful sea view. Near to small beach. You need to go left and behind wooden gate. Near to San Teodoro. Near to Aquarius diving center with diving and snorkeling trips. Everything was on site. Kitchen and bedrooms was fine. Private parking. Really everything was good.

The location was perfect. It's in a housing complex, well organised and with beautiful gardens. We loved the gardens, and our 1-year son was delighted to run through them. The house is decent, though not modern, and it's clear it has seen better days. The kitchen is decently stacked, and we were able to cook and do everything we needed with it. There are no close supermarkets, only beautiful beaches, with a tiny one about 300m from the location. For the supermarket, you need to drive to San Teodoro, which is 10 km away or so. The reception lady was outstanding and very friendly to us. She tried her best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our son got food poisoning the night before our check-out, and we had to rush him to the hospital in Olbia. They allowed us to do a late check-out since we only got back from the hospital around noon. They also tried their best to accommodate all our other requests. Their service made me give this accommodation a 10; otherwise, it's more like an 8.
