For the three of us (two adults and one child) we had a small flat: a kitchen/living room with a reclining sofa, a separate (fairly large) bedroom and a bath. There was also a deck that looked out at the garden, from which we could get a small glimpse of the sea. Overall, we loved it - it was clean and spacious. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but was also very clean, so we did not mind. The bed was comfortable; the reclining sofa not as much (which is typical for reclining sofas, though). The kitchen was equipped with everything that is necessary (salt would have been welcome). The swimming pool is large and clean - enjoyed every minute there. There are lots of chairs, beds and umbrellas by the swimming pool. The bar - next to the swimming pool - offers breakfast, lunch and drinks. It also has a good selection of ice cream. We tried lunch - was very yummy. The staff extremely nice and helpful. There is ample, fenced-in parking there - you get your own parking space. Loved it all.

The location is very convinient for visiting some of the best beaches in Sardinia. We liked the most Spiaggia Capo Coda Cavalo. The apartment was very clean, very good standard, the Sea View towards Tavolara island was amazing. The AC was working well and was easy to use, the balcony had space for dinning and a dry rack, the kitchen was well equiped and the common washing facilities were very easy to use and convinient. The outdoor area was very generous, we always found free sun loungers and the pool was clean and well maintained, although a bit too warm at the end of June. The sunloungers and umbrellas were made of wood and very stylish and comfortable. Showers by the pool were very nice to freshen up. The bar is well equiped and offers some limited food options. The personell was very nice and helpful. The gardens were well maintained. We loved dividing our days between the beach and the pool. A great stay for a family of four. We would stay here again.

The view from the accommodation eas amazing. The balcony and the living-room looked onto Manolare and Tavolare islands. The property is large and clean. The garden a d the pool were also well-kempt. The whole property is fabulous and the staff is extremely helpful.We had a lovely time.

Amazing setting, sea view on one side, swimmingly pool on the other. Very relaxing. Clean and comfortable apartment. Well-curated garden.
