The property location is perfect! Just 5 minutes walking distance away from the nearest beach. Cagliari city centre is 20 minutes drive. Nearest grocery shop and cafe are 5 minutes drive. Eating places are 5 minutes drive (Green House Pizza & Mammai serve very delicious food with reasonable prices). The villa was very comfortable for the company of 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very nice accommodation! The host was responsive the whole stay.

The view from the terrace is amazing. We enjoyed our stay there. Loudspeaker adds another level of joy to the chilling sessions on the terrace. The house is well planned and equipped.

Stunning terrace with views of the sea, spotlessly clean; welcome pack of bubbly and snacks. Quiet. Everything you could wish for.
