Location closer to UCT and my son's residence, which made it easier for me to help him settle. The place is also easy to find, closer to shops and restaurants, and host communication is fantastic, which also made check-in and stay easy. All equipment is in good condition and working. Standby generator available in case of load shedding, therefore able to use elevator and lights on in the corridors except in the rooms. But it doesn't become too dark since street lights are also working during load shedding.
