Very well located in Cape Town, next to the Waterfront and to the City center. Practical and convenient The owner is very helpful, even from distance Swimming pool and coffee bar in the building

Lovely little apartment that had most of what we needed. Secure setting with parking. Could walk to V&A area in about 15 mins and city in about 20 mins. Plenty of space for two people and comfortable bed. Excellent supermarket locally on nearby main road. Communication from owner was excellent.
